About Vhett Archive

Vhett Archive is a catalog of original anime production materials — including cels, genga, douga, settei, and related ephemera. Our goal is to document, preserve, and authenticate original production art from across anime history.

Material Types

Cel

Hand-painted celluloid sheets used as the final painted layer in traditional animation production.

Genga

Key animation drawings — the primary, fully-detailed drawings that define major poses and movements.

Douga

In-between animation drawings that fill the motion between genga keyframes.

Settei

Production design sheets including character model sheets, prop sheets, and background references.

Kitte

Stamps and related philatelic items produced as merchandise tied to anime productions.

Authentication

Items submitted to the archive can be reviewed and graded by our team of authenticators. Authenticated items receive a certificate of authenticity and are marked accordingly in the catalog.
