Submission Agreement
This Submission Agreement governs all physical collectibles, animation artwork, production materials, and related assets submitted to Collectible Eternity Labs.
Ownership Representation
Submitters represent that they possess lawful ownership or authority to submit the materials provided to the Company.
Authentication as Opinion
Authentication and grading determinations are subjective expert opinions and are not guarantees, warranties, or certifications of future consensus.
Handling & Encapsulation Risks
The submitter acknowledges that handling, transportation, encapsulation, environmental exposure, age-related fragility, and inspection procedures involve inherent risks.
Shipping & Insurance
Submitters are responsible for declaring accurate values and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage during transit where applicable.
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the lesser of the declared item value or the amount specifically recoverable under the Company’s applicable insurance coverage.
Counterfeit & Stolen Property
The Company reserves the right to refuse service, retain evidence, report suspicious activity, and cooperate with law enforcement regarding counterfeit or stolen property.
Image & Registry Rights
The submitter grants the Company permission to display images, metadata, and authentication information relating to submitted collectibles for registry, archival, educational, marketplace, historical, research, and security-related purposes.
Copyright & Trademark Disclaimer
The Company does not claim ownership of any copyrighted animation content, characters, logos, studio assets, or trademarks appearing in submitted collectibles. Such materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Technology Disclaimer
The Company may utilize image recognition systems, AI-assisted analysis tools, metadata comparison systems, and expert review technologies; however, no system or methodology is infallible.
