These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the services, website, databases, registries, grading systems, and authentication services operated by Collectible Eternity Labs.
Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements and must provide accurate information when creating accounts.
Authentication Disclaimer
All grading, authentication, restoration detection, provenance analysis, and related determinations are subjective expert opinions based upon information, technology, methodologies, and market standards available at the time of review.
No Guarantee of Value
The Company does not guarantee future market value, investment performance, liquidity, desirability, rarity, or resale outcomes associated with any collectible.
Intellectual Property Position
The Company does not claim ownership of any underlying animation artwork, studio-owned imagery, copyrighted content, trademarks, or characters associated with submitted collectibles. References to franchises, studios, animation titles, and characters are used solely for identification, commentary, historical documentation, authentication, cataloging, and lawful secondary-market archival purposes.
User Content License
Users grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, archive, publish, catalog, and reference submitted collectible images and associated metadata for authentication, registry, historical documentation, educational, security, marketplace, and research-related purposes.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not submit counterfeit items, stolen property, fraudulent provenance documentation, infringing uploads, or engage in harassment, chargeback abuse, unauthorized scraping, or platform manipulation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, speculative, reputational, or market-related damages arising from the use of the platform or authentication services.
Arbitration
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Delaware law, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Account Suspension
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, suspicious activity, or legal compliance purposes.
