Shipping & Insurance Policy
This Shipping & Insurance Policy governs the shipment, transportation, handling, and insurance procedures associated with collectibles submitted to Collectible Eternity Labs.
Packaging Requirements
Submitters are responsible for securely packaging collectibles prior to shipment. The Company may refuse improperly packaged submissions.
Declared Value
Users must accurately declare the fair market value of submitted items for insurance and operational purposes.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage may be limited based upon declared value, carrier limitations, and applicable third-party insurance policies.
Transit Risk
Risk of loss during inbound shipment remains with the submitter until delivery is confirmed by the Company. Outbound shipment risk transfers upon carrier acceptance unless otherwise required by law.
International Shipments
International submitters are responsible for customs declarations, import/export compliance, taxes, duties, and local legal requirements.
Fragile Animation Materials
Animation cels, painted acetate sheets, production paper, backgrounds, sketches, and vintage materials may contain age-related fragility, adhesive deterioration, paint instability, or environmental sensitivity.
Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or disruptions caused by carriers, customs agencies, natural disasters, labor disputes, cyber incidents, weather conditions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
