Authentication, grading, provenance review, and expert analysis services are opinion-based professional services and are generally non-refundable once rendered.

Submission Fees

Submission fees, processing fees, insurance costs, shipping charges, and related service charges may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Mechanical Errors

The Company may, at its discretion, correct clerical or labeling errors identified during internal review.

Chargeback Abuse

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, collections activity, legal action, and permanent denial of future services.

Resubmissions

Collectors may choose to resubmit items for additional review or reevaluation under future standards, methodologies, or technologies.

Marketplace Volatility

The Company is not responsible for changes in collectible value, market demand, public opinion, auction performance, or future authentication consensus.
