Marketplace & Registry Terms

These Marketplace & Registry Terms govern participation in Collectible Eternity Labs registries, archival databases, marketplace features, provenance systems, and associated collectible-tracking services.

Registry Participation

Users acknowledge that collectibles submitted for grading or authentication may be included within public or private registry systems maintained by the Company.

Archival Documentation

The Company may maintain historical records, serial identifiers, provenance references, population reports, authentication histories, and archival imagery relating to submitted collectibles.

Secondary Market Purpose

Registry systems exist for secondary-market authentication, research, educational, historical, archival, and collectible-identification purposes.

No Ownership of Intellectual Property

The Company does not claim ownership of underlying copyrighted animation artwork, studio-owned imagery, trademarks, or associated franchise rights represented in collectibles appearing within registries or marketplace systems.

Marketplace Conduct

Users participating in marketplace or collector interactions may not engage in fraud, counterfeit sales, misrepresentation, price manipulation, harassment, or deceptive provenance practices.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Population reports, historical records, rarity estimates, and provenance information may evolve over time and are not guaranteed to be complete, exhaustive, or permanently accurate.

Marketplace Liability Limitation

The Company shall not be liable for transactions, disputes, authenticity disagreements, payment defaults, shipping issues, or valuation disagreements arising between third-party users.
