Submitting your production art for authentication and grading is straightforward. Here is the whole journey — from the piece on your desk to a certified, catalogued item in the archive.
1. Create your account
Register for a free account. Your account is your home base: track submissions, view grades and certificates, and build a public profile of your collection.
2. Start a submission
Begin a new submission and tell us what you're sending. For each piece you'll choose its material type — cel, genga, douga, background, and so on — and the service level that fits your needs and timeline. As you build the submission you'll see the price update in real time.
3. Pay and ship your items
Once your submission is confirmed and paid, you'll receive packing and shipping instructions. Pack your pieces carefully following our guidance and send them to our facility. Every submission is tracked from the moment it arrives.
4. We authenticate and grade
Our specialists examine each piece for authenticity, assess its condition against our published grading standards, and record its provenance. Authentic items receive a grade and a unique certificate of authenticity.
5. Get your items back — catalogued and certified
Your graded pieces are returned to you, each paired with its certificate. Every certified item is added to the archive and to your profile, with a permanent certificate page you can share.
Why submit?
- Trusted authentication by specialists who know production art.
- Consistent, published grading so condition means the same thing to everyone.
- A permanent record — a certificate and catalogue entry that travels with the piece.
- A community of collectors and a public profile to showcase your collection.
