Dragon Ball Z "Pathos of Frieza" Goku and Frieza Animation Drawings Group of 5 with Studio-Printed Layout Copies (Toei Animation, 1991). "It's done." Goku's fierce battle against the evil Frieza comes to a halt in episode 103 of Dragon Ball Z, titled "Pathos of Frieza"! After both fighters reach their peak of their powers, the battle slowly becomes one-sided as Goku lands a decisive hit that leaves Frieza struggling to keep up. Feeling that Frieza has become weak and is no longer a threat, Goku declares the battle over, not even bothering to stay in his Super Saiyan form. Offered in this lot is a stunning group of animation drawings from this scene. Included is 1 drawing of Frieza's head, labeled B2 and C3, which occurs at the 17:02 mark as he is thrown off my Goku's words. Frieza measures approximately 2.5" x 2.875". Also included are 2 drawings and 2 correction sheets depicting Goku shifting from his Super Saiyan form, seen at the 18:18 mark. They are labeled B4 and C1, with Goku measuring 7.625" x 8.5" across all 4. They have all been rendered in graphite and colored pencil. Also included are 2 studio-printed copies of layout drawings, with one for Frieza's scene and the other for Goku's scene.
